BLITZ has been known in the streets of Detroit for his dope lyrics and distinctive beats to match. With his latest album “THE AWARD GOES TOO” Blitz has been putting in work in the way of the now greats of the game such as Jay z and Master P just to name a few. He actually gets out in the streets and sells his music. He always states “I don’t have a major record deal but I’m signed to the streets!” Born in Brooklyn New York, BLITZ has been in love with the music since his childhood. He has always known that through his music, he could represent and be a voice for the people in the hoods and the inner cities. He produces music that anyone can relate to and it transcends generations. Although he had two prior albums “All at Once” and “Audiofishscales”, Blitz had stepped away from the music for several years due to politics. He began other ventures and pursued some other goals that he wanted to do but the music remained his childhood dream. His mother whom is also his manager, Alena Thomas CEO OF SARA ENTERTAINMENT, kept reminding him that he had a gift and to never give up on his dream. She flew to Detroit in Spring of 2010 and heard the new material he had done and was blown away. At that moment she invested in polishing the music and having the album pressed and packaged.
