DJ Firestarta b.k.a. Jenny White was born December 3rd, 1977 in Birmingham, AL. She started mixing and spinning at the age of 12 in Hueytown, AL. "It was more like a habit or a hobby, until I found out that I could actually get paid for what I like to do," stated Ms. White. The origins of her name derived from a club she was spinning at. The name of the club was not mentioned due to the faulty wiring that ignited a fire in the dj's booth while Ms. White was spinning.
