Born in Pittsburgh, PA MixMaster88 has been in the DJ game for years. One day while in his grandmother's home MixMaster88 created his first mix to Fatboys - Can U Feel It & Whodini –Friends , from there MixMaster88 knew that DJ'ing was his calling. The thrill from his first mix made him want to continue on matching beates and creating mixes. 20 years later he is doing just that. He was not always known as MixMaster88, in the beginning he was known as "DJ Carlos MayberryMix" the namesake of a Gordy's Groove record. The DJ wanted to change it up, keeping people on their toes just as he does with his mixes so when joining GM Radio he did just that. Staying diverse, humble and always trying to improve on his style has kept MixMaster in the game this long and he continues to bring his 317 style to GM Radio.
