By checking the terms and conditions you agree to the following:
You are not to sell the mixtapes for any price or profit. The mixtapes are for promotional use only. There is no cost to participate in this program. You are allowed to duplicate and distribute/market the mixtapes but CANNOT alter the product in any way. You are NOT allowed to send the mixtape to any email list that is not an official opt in email list with users fully aware of the scope of the email list. We take your privacy seriously and will not sell or share any of the information you provide in this agreement. You agree to provide detailed and up to date contact information so we can contact you at any time regarding this agreement and promotions in your area. You are obligated to update Coast 2 Coast if your contact information changes at any time.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Lil Fats, Inc. DBA Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes harmless against any claims brought against Lil Fats, Inc. DBA Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes to the extent those claims are based upon allegations that you (a) infringed intellectual property rights or (b) breached your agreement (if any) with any customer purchasing or licensing your goods or services
