Tha Artisan is back with a vengance. The Artisan started his journey June 10th 2010. In 2011 he released his first mixtape Southern Takeover. In 2012 he released his song fresh which? featured J-Rich and Andrew Photodrew Knight. The song Fresh took the North Carolina Airways by storm. The Artisan got sidetracked and detoured down a long dark road. Tha Artisan is now back on the right highway and in route to his destination. Armed and dangerous with A1 beats and inspiring lyrics he is loaded and ready to claim what belongs to him. The life he has lived should be and is going to be a movie one day soon. Like all Notorious artist he has been through the mud and now ready to clean himself off and do what the higher power has called him to do. When asked in an interview why does he belong in the music industry he said "The streets are all messed up everyone is painting this messed up picture of what life is supposed to look like and that's not the case. It's so much more to it than popping Molly and doing drugs is not the way to go. Why do people keep glorifying a life style that no one wants to live? I know I've been there and done that. I'm not knocking nobody for what they do but your business is your business. When I talk about drugs I'm not telling you to go do them I'm telling you I've been there I know how you feel. I want to provide a Sense of relief and give people hope. It was one point in my life that I thought I could never stop. It use to be a time when the radio was censored and parents only played clean songs for their kids. I picked my step son up from a kids party recently and when I pulled up an adult uncensored song was playing and those kids where singing it line for line no filter. These are kids a 13 and up party I'm not knocking the artist cuz I dig Tha song but why are kids listening to this shit. I don't understand and parents wonder why the streets fucked up kids don't know the basics all they know is party get fucked up. What about the get money and stack it up part where does that come in at. It's kids out here trying to raise kids this shit is chaotic."
