E-Jay born Eric James a 24 year old is a midwest lyricst, born and raised in Columbus Ohio then moved to Cleveland Ohio at age 16. A writer from the very beginning; he started writing short stories at a young age. Mainly because of his older brother he grew up around hip hop listening rappers like Biggie, Snoop Dogg, and the Wu-Tang Clan. It wasn’t until the age of 12 when he started writing his own raps and constantly freestyling to perfect his flow. He draws influence from a wide variety of artist, mainly Nas, Rakim, Eminem, Kool G Rap, Big L and Big Pun. E-Jay’s main goal is to consistently put out quality music and bring the lyrics back to the forefront of hip hop.
