Dow Jones began his music career in 1995 with the hip-hop group Mood Ruff. With four albums, eight videos and touring the country multiple times he has gained the much needed experience it takes to advance in the industry. In 2003, Dow Jones was ready for a change and went from behind the mic to behind the turntables. He started off with small local residencies which quickly became the city’s hot spots. Now he holds residencies in the citys most prominent night clubs. In 2004, he was was introduced in Mazatlan Mexico by playing a few records on the beach on a last minute make shift dj setup. Since then he is the official Sunparties American Spring Break DJ . He has recently brushed shoulders with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Z-Trip, Team Canada, Kid Capri, Dj Ayres, Matt the Alien, Dj Kemo and Dj Pump. Dow Jones’ high demand has led him to open for major acts such as Slick Rick, Kanye West, Fabulous, Redman & Method Man, Akon, Kardinal Offishall and Flo Rida.
