Chub real name Lee Adams was born in Los Angeles California in 1984. He grew up in a single parent home as most children in this part of the ghetto. After watching his mother struggle to work and provide and make sure her 7 children had a proper education and shelter. Sometimes that wasn''t possible recounting the eviction notices and sheriff''s at the door. One thing Chub''s says " My mom wouldn''t give up that wasn''t Zatie she was a fighter. And wouldn''t allow her children to be any quitters neither". After starting a life of hustling at 12 because Chub said " My mom worked hard enough so I could do her a favor by going out and getting for myself as well". After being arrested at 13 for possession of PCP. That was the start of along history of run ins wit the law for this YungDude. Maybe it could do wit him finding out in 1999 at 14 that his mother was terminally ill with cancer and was die n.. A lot for a 14 yr old to handle. Well unfortunately his mother ended up passing in Dec. 2000 his was jus 16. Then his older brother Kenneth (Woody) Buckley was murder 2months later Feb. 2001. Chub was separated once again from his family again he was sentenced to California Youth Authority (C.Y.A) for 3 years in Fred C. Nelles. While there he achieved his high diploma as an honor to his mother. This was definitely a lost child. How did a straight B student go to a felon? After a few more years in the streets really without any direction just going with the flow. He experienced some good and bad times he states" those years where education for me.
