Conscious X is a rapper, songwriter,
actor, Hip Hop activist and socialist from South Africa. He released his first Hip
Hop project in 2008 with his second offering in 2010 during the FIFA World Cup,
and another in 2015.The projects all contained more than one language in a
song and had received airplay on radio stations such (Metro FM, Y FM, Kasie
FM, Phala Phala FM and Bushradio FM). Conscious X is a graduate of
Composition at Soul Candi Institute of Music, Boston City Campus.
He is currently working on another project while working with international producers
from the US and the UK. His growth is tremendous and valuable. Conscious X has a
single that debuted on the Ready D show on Good Hope FM along with a music video
on Cape TV since. He relocated from Johannesburg to Cape Town January 2015 and
has continued to build and modified his craft. Conscious X tells stories through music
and his conveying information that he believes will change lives of the millennials that
have lost hope. He’s a strong diverse Hip-Hop artist who is consistent with his brand
and craft.
His fans experience his music and performance on various shows and festivals where
he also grows the numbers of his fan base. his dream is to be a remarkable artist that
one day will be known for his African roots and told story teller through hip-hop globally
and locally.
