DeWHYa is a Lansing,Michigan native,born & raised. Since the age of 7yrs, De·WHY·a has found writing music (as well as poetry) to be a very therapeutic & amazing outlet. Formally known as Lady Venom/Lady V, De·WHY·a released her debut mix-tape "Reporting Live From Outerspace" on May 5th,2010 on www.Datpiff.com, Performed over One Hundred shows independently prior to her mix-tape release. Currently working on her next project "The Art Official Diaries", DeWHYa is in the process of re-defining herself as artist & femcee. Still self-claimed the "Hottest Chick Spitting", De·WHY·a has begun to Show & Prove herself. In her own words: "Watch the growth."
