Female Rap Artist Anita L. Pringle, better known as Kweet Katt in the music arena, is the daughter of Ronald and Cleo Pringle. At the age of 9 years old, she realized that music was her love and she has been pursuing that path ever since. Over the years she has accomplished plenty and has made some achievements. Kween Katt writes all of her lyrics. She has an album entitled, “They Should’ve Never Turned My Mic On”. Following that, she has produced other mix tapes, as well as done features on many local mix tapes of others. She is the creator and founder of Kween Katt Entertainment, where there are about 10 dedicated members. Kween Katt has won multiple awards, some include the: Coca Cola Award in 2001, Sprite Remix in 2003, and Best Female Rapper of the Year voted by Levitate magazine in 2010, 2011 SC Music Awards Nominee, 2011 Geechee One Magazine Award Winner for Best female rapper, & Most Impact Non-Profit Organization. She and the Kween Katt Entertainment crew are responsible for the following charity events: Concert for Change and Halleluiah Night. The Concert for Change allows anyone interested in making donations and the local artist to pay for a spot to perform with their food or clothing donations, which goes to the less fortunate people right before Christmas. Halleluiah Night is thrown on Halloween for the children in the neighborhood, where there is jumping castles, food, face painting and much more provided by Kween Katt Entertainment. The purpose of her music is to touch and make a difference in the lives of others. She tries to do whatever is within her powers to uplift others.
