Lafayette Reed has been singing since he was 4 years old at church. He has done so many shows, and finally released his first album "I'm Ready" on 2002. In 2000, he established his own record label "Platinum Factory Records". He released the first Album "Tracing My Roots" from his own record company, after that "Born To Sing" on 2008, and in August 2012, he has released a brand new album "2020A.D." which include a song "NaNa" which he featured The former lead singer of the Temptations, Ali Ollie Woodson. This song was one of the last songs that he recorded before he past away. He is also an actor and he has done stage plays, commercials, tv shows. Stage play was the reason that he did song with Ali Ollie Woodson when they met each other at a play, "Sugar Daddy".
