Marvin Marcel Thomas otherwise known as MT (dancehall/reggae artist) was born in May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica to parents Jullet Officer (mother) and Owen Thomas (father) on September 6 1991. He when to Green Park Primary were he did grade 6 achievement test and pass to go to Old Harbour High. MT was born for music because it has been said by his parents that he was always singing from a tender age. MT started to take music seriously at age 16 when he start work with Gyal A Rush record were he record his first song, from there MT start doing stage shows in and out his community. The people were in love with his talent and have him as the next Bounty killer that was on honor to MT since Bounty Killer was his mentor and icon. It was not until he was 18 he start doing music professionally recording with Fire Royal record where he record singles like I do featuring Fya princess this song create a buzz for MT giving him interviews with popular radio station such as New Talk 93fm. MT went on to record more good song like Afta skool and a single for Howsa Payne record Crying out featuring Fya princess. MT then made an appearance on the Jamaican morning show called Smile Jamaica in a program called Roll out. MT then started working with a group known as Howsa Payne where he voice some Hits like Weed, Piano and Gime di mike. He then started to do some bigger shows like world AIDS day, Fya in the jungle, irie fm road show etc. MT work alongside artist like Gaza kim, Lutan fire, DJ Face, Esco levi, Jah Vinchi, Kashuke mon, etc. The upcoming started to get a buzz worldwide because his songs are now getting played in some overseas country like Canada, England, France, Africa and some Caribbean island. MT is now working on a mixtape and seeking management, but it’s clear that MT will be a super star
