Tamu AKA Philly born Rapper Born in a small Housing Projects called "East Falls" in the late 80's Tamu realized he had a talent many his age didn't which was Music as a kid he showed his C.E.O ways by starting his own little candy store .At the age of 8 Kieth Grahm A.K.A Beefy took to Tamu to meet fellow neighborhood rapper Raheem Saleem A.K.A Gat who gave the young rapper pointers and inspiration .Tamu recorded his first demo at the age 10 with the help of his uncle Perry Noble .A.K.A Supreme as his demo got a little buzz in the neighborhood he joined forces with other neighborhood rappers in a group called "Philly Most Wanted" they started working on a project recording in Richard Island projects home of "Ram Squad" the project ultimately didn't work out due to bad management in the early 90's Tamu moved across town to West Philadelphia Home of Will Smith and started really getting in to his music with his uncle G (George Jones) and cousin Gueato (George Jones jr) as years went on he formed a bond with George Wilkerson A.K.A. G stacks and Steve Smith A.K.A. Skoz Gabana,Darius Lane A.K.A Raw Deal,and Rafiq Dixon A.K.A Bucky(D-block) at that time is when the Billionaire Boyz project was in the works after some differenes Raw Deal and Bucky decided not to take part in project which was Released Summer 1999 Tamu was then offer a deal from Sony Records for $60,000 witch was turned down by his management for unknown reason by 2000 Tamu had form his own label/team called "Kock n Skweez ent" witch consist of Skoz,G stacks,Gueato,Cash(Brandon Franks,and Santorro(Tillman Byrd) and started working toward his ultimate goal after 4 years of failed group efforts in 2005 Tamu released his first solo Project called Death-B-4-Dishonor with the "Hood" success of his first cd Tamu year after year kept putting his story in music form in 2008 after 15 + years Tamu linked back up with Gat to start a East Falls movement, also 2008 Tamu started to host a Blog talk radio show as he got the hang of it he pulled former school mateTya Moore A.K.A Flya Tya on to host a show called "Flya Tya Tamu Show" this showed picked up in ratings and had Philadelphia in a frenzy in 2010 Tamu decided to start his own Internet Radio Station called Kns Radio and by early 2011 Kns Radio was official Tamu gave/gives Underground artist a chance to tell thier story threw song and by live Interview. Today you can hear Tamu Daily on Kns Radio and he is also working on new music
